JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Web Application Developer shall be responsible for systems development, testing, and implementation in a web-based environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Systems Development: Lead systems development efforts, ensuring the successful creation of web-based solutions.
• Testing and Implementation: Oversee the testing and implementation phases of projects, ensuring they align with project objectives and deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BA/BS technical skills such as software, languages, and databases or
• Programming languages such as HTML/CSS, JAVA script, Python, PHP, and SQL with < 5 yrs. experience or
• AA or 2 yrs Tech School with 2+ years’ experience.
• Associate in engineering, computer science or equivalent degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in environments similar to ATRRS in terms of size and complexity.
• Experience in Internet application development within a Microsoft web environment, including ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010, and IIS.
• Using DB2 Connect and Integrating with mainframe applications.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proficiency in systems development, testing, and implementation in complex environments, encompassing mainframe, host, cloud, web, and GUI components.
• Knowledge of DB2 Connect and integration with mainframe applications.
• The design, development, and consumption of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) within an enterprise architecture.
