Junior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter invoice information received via AP inbox, gather appropriate approvals to prepare invoices for payment
- Assist with Accounts Receivable transactions as needed
- Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide payment status updates / request missing information
- Assist with month end closing responsibilities including bank reconciliations/journal entries
