Junior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoice information received via AP inbox, gather appropriate approvals to prepare invoices for payment
• Assist with Accounts Receivable transactions as needed
• Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide payment status updates / request missing information
• Assist with month end closing responsibilities including bank reconciliations/journal entries
