We are seeking a meticulous Manual QA Tester to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in maintaining product excellence by rigorously testing our software products and ensuring defects are identified and documented. What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct manual testing on mobile and web applications, including regression testing, to identify bugs and areas of improvement.
• Document test results meticulously, including detailed steps for reproducing issues, to ensure a comprehensive understanding by the development team.
• Collaborate closely with developers for swift resolution of identified issues.
• Utilize tools like Asana and DevOps for tracking tasks and streamlining testing processes.
• Engage in cross-functional interactions to ensure alignment and quality across various teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and regression testing.
• Effective communication skills for clear and concise stakeholder interactions.
• Experience with mobile and web application testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Familiarity with task management and DevOps tools, particularly Asana and DevOps, to facilitate task tracking and process optimization.
• Previous involvement in tech-centric projects or within a Managed Services Provider environment is a plus.
