About the Role We are seeking a  Junior Project Manager for our VisuMerchandisingion Division to support the team with coordinating and executing various projects. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while helping our agency expand into new markets. Responsibilities ✅ Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth execution ✅ Serve as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams ✅ Track project deliverables, resources, and progress ✅ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation for clients ✅ Organize logistics for events, activations, and installations ✅ Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency ✅ Address client inquiries and assist in resolving concerns or issues promptly Qualifications ✔ 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, event production, or marketing ✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (preferred) ✔ Experience with vendor coordination and budget management is a plus Requirements &##128313; Fluent in Spanish & English (Spanish required) &##128313; Legally authorized to work in the USA &##128313; Must be Miami-based and work on-site in our office &##128313; Valid driver’s license &##128313; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Location &##128205; Miami, FL (Wynwood) As we expand our footprint into Mexico, we’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team and help shape the future of our projects across borders.
