Job Summary:

Eaton, a global power management company, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for their North American Sales division. This role involves supporting management and sales engineers by providing technical solutions, pricing jobs, and managing customer relationships within the electrical sales division.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications, determine the minimum bill of material, most competitive price level, and shipment cycle for negotiations.
• Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues using available resources or creating procedures for resolution.
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns, including shipping issues or service requests.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain high-quality relations with present and potential customers by employing salesmanship, application engineering, product knowledge, and understanding of customer businesses and Eaton's product lines for sales growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience.
• Eaton will not consider applicants requiring immigration sponsorship for this position.

Preferred:

• Experience or exposure to a manufacturing organization.
