Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an opening at a Physical Therapy and Pain Management Facility in New York, NY. The facility is dedicated to providing excellent care, fostering a nurturing environment for rehabilitation, and enhancing bodily mobility and stability.
Requirements of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:
✦Must have an active State License
✦Must be Board Certified
Schedule of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:
✦This is a Full-time position.
✦Monday to Friday either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00 pm
Benefits of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:
✦The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience).
✦$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
✦2 weeks Vacation
✦5 Days PTO / Sick
✦5 Major Holidays
✦Licensing and registration fees
✦Health Insurance is provided but at employee cost
Responsibilities of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:
✦Perform physical exams and patient observations.
✦Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
✦Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
✦Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
✦Diagnose health issues.
✦Administer medicine and other treatments.
✦Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
✦Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
✦Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
