Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Inside Sales Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering and sales, and will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The candidate will be the bridge between our customers and the engineering team, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our clients. This role involves a combination of technical and commercial activities, and requires a deep understanding of our product lines and their market value.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your engineering expertise to interpret customer specifications and develop proposals that meet their needs.
2. Handle technical and commercial activities, including product and solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
3. Understand and communicate the unique value and benefits of our product lines to customers, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
4. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities within our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure our products and solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
6. Use ERP systems to manage sales transactions and customer data.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the sales process.
8. Work closely with marketing to drive campaigns and generate leads.
9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
3. Proven track record of success in technical sales within the engineering industry.
4. Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to our customers' challenges.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
9. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
10. Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
