Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior/Exterior Painter to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish for both interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate has experience with various painting techniques, is knowledgeable about different paint types, and understands safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Painting Application: Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces, using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Detail Work: Execute detailed work, including trim, molding, and other areas requiring precision.
• Job Site Setup and Cleanup: Set up and organize job sites for efficient work and clean up after each job to leave a tidy workspace.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect surfaces to ensure an even, professional finish and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment, including the proper handling of paint materials and equipment.

• Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, climbing, and lifting
• Excellent time-management skills to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter with both interior and exterior projects
• Familiarity with various types of paint, tools, and techniques
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of hazardous materials
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or apprenticeship is a plus
