Our client, a leader in residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the HVAC team supporting company. The ideal candidate will have an HVAC License, ability to work and speak with customers, and the desire to build a career, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Sun Prairie, WI

Pay Range: $30+/hr DOE, plus commission and OT

What’s the Job?

• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. This includes cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC units using blueprints, diagnostic tools, and timely solutions.
• System Testing and Analysis: Test systems after installation or repairs to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Customer Service and Consultation: Interact with customers to answer questions, provide guidance on system maintenance, energy efficiency, and upgrades.
• Equipment Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of HVAC components such as filters, ducts, and vents to ensure air quality and system efficiency.

What’s Needed?

• HVAC License
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
