About the Role – HVAC Service Technician

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! This role focuses on providing 5-star service to our customers while diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You’ll work closely with dispatch and the service manager to ensure each job is handled efficiently and professionally. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and ensure systems are running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide information on system upgrades and promote memberships in our Total Home Care Club .
• Obtain positive Google reviews by delivering top-notch customer experiences.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your service vehicle.
• Stay updated on industry advancements to enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Certifications: Completion of an HVAC program or relevant certifications (EPA 608 certification preferred).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift over 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a positive demeanor.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required.
