Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, assisting with documentation, and helping new employees integrate into the company. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Help with the preparation and delivery of employee training sessions and development programs. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related tasks. Support HR team with employee engagement activities and events. Assist with HR-related research and data collection for reporting and compliance purposes. Handle general HR administrative duties, including filing, organizing, and responding to employee inquiries. Requirements Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
