Manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director. HR Director will have prior strategic and visionary leadership and managementexperience, excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking, analytical and reasoning capabilities with accounting and finance literacy. Director will have the ability to develop and manage a diverse team, an understanding of total rewards and employee benefits management, with specific experience with self-funded benefits plans and claims administration, and knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal employment and safety laws.
