In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude. Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school. No previous cleaning experience required. Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Positive and proactive attitude. Dedication to excellent customer service. Physical requirements include ability to walk and stand throughout the shift, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and intermittently lift 25-35 pounds. Reports to Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager. Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all hotel departments.
