In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude. Work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and occasionally lift 25-35 pounds. Report to Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager. Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all hotel departments. Work weekends may be required. No previous cleaning experience required. Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
