Housekeepers work as part of a friendly, customer-focused team and may assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Physical requirements include walking, standing, pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, bending, and occasionally lifting 25-35 pounds. No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge equivalent to two years of high school is necessary. The position may require working weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
