Job Description:

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level position dedicated to supporting various channels within our organization. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with our business and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Initiate and manage third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit checks, and more.
• Review and validate loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle routine communications via calls, emails, and chat responses, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor work queues and intervene as necessary to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform additional related duties as required and assigned.
• Exhibit behaviors that reflect the organization’s culture and values.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of mortgage and financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
