Job Title: Hogan Mainframe Developer
Location: Kansas City, MO

Contract Description :
Design, code, test, and implement complex Hogan applications and modules as per the requirements and within the stipulated timelines
Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations and adherence to Hogan system capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Hogan environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to promote best practices in Hogan application development
Provide continuous production support for all Hogan-related tasks and issues
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hogan IDS, Hogan CIS, Hogan RPM, and other Hogan systems
Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, with a strong understanding of mainframe development and debugging tools
Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, provide incident resolution, and apply minor enhancements as they pertain to Hogan applications
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
This role will require a rotating on-call schedule and occasional travel to the client site in Missouri (up to 25%).
