Overview

Physician Affiliate Group of New Yor k ( PAGNY ) is seeking two (2) Hematology Oncologists to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx . The Hospitals are part of NYC Health + Hospitals. Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for colleagues to join our dynamic group of six hematologist-oncologists, in a very friendly family-like working atmosphere
• Ample opportunities to develop own clinic, precept a fellow’s clinic, telemedicine
• Availability of various leadership positions from day one, opportunities to collaborate in clinical research and QI projects
• Full Time or Part Time positions available
• Academic appointment at Albert Einstein School of Medicine

• The call schedule is 1 in 6 weeks at-home call
• Fellows are first of contact on call

Qualifications

• Completion of Fellowship Training Program in Hematology/Oncology
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
• Current licensed NY State registration (or the ability to obtain one)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain high standards
