As a Healthcare Consultant , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring members receive the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for evaluating member needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to address those needs. This involves collaborating with internal and external partners, including case managers, medical directors, and healthcare providers, to overcome barriers and achieve optimal outcomes. Your ability to connect with people, understand their unique situations, and advocate for their well-being will be essential to your success.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
