Role Overview: Enterpret is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization from Series A to Series C and beyond. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the founders. If you excel in building and scaling sales teams in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving aggressive growth targets. Develop and refine scalable sales strategies and playbooks for customer acquisition and expansion. Own and optimize the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closing. Align sales with marketing, customer success, and product teams for cohesive execution. Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to ensure predictable growth. Explore new markets and refine pricing and packaging strategies. Requirements: 4-8 years of sales management experience, with significant time at early-stage startups. Proven success in scaling a sales org from Series A to Series C or similar growth phases. Experience in enterprise SaaS sales or comparable B2B solutions.
