Texas Dreams Gymnastics, a vibrant gym offering both recreational programs and a nationally ranked competitive team, is seeking a dynamic and engaging  Gymnastics Adventure Guide . This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys building relationships with families, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right programs. As the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Engage in positive, informative interactions with all customers.
• Provide energetic facility tours, introducing prospective customers to our staff and members.
• Gather feedback from parents and gymnasts to continuously improve services.

Prospective Client Outreach

• Initiate conversations with prospective parents and gymnasts to understand their goals and interests.
• Clearly explain available programs—both recreational and competitive—and match them with potential clients’ needs.

Communication & Follow-Up

• Work with Brand manager using our CRM to provide timely, engaging and Thorough, follow up to leads.
• Conduct follow-up communications via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails to nurture leads and answer questions.
• Accurately document all communications to track follow-ups and share information with the team.
• Support the online chat feature on our website, providing timely and accurate information.
• Develop new leads and customer outreach to grow customer base.

Program Coordination & Collaboration

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all gym programs, events, and special offerings such as birthday parties, camps, and clinics.
• Work with the Team Coordinator and Recreational Coordinator to ensure clients are matched with the most suitable program.

Enrollment, Lead Management & Promotion

• Guide prospective customers through the registration process for a seamless enrollment experience.
• Prioritize leads from all sources—walk-ins, calls, emails, or CRM—to maximize enrollment conversions.
• Actively promote and register families for our school programs and special events.
• Ensure customers on waitlists are contacted promptly and converted into registrations.
• Utilize the Jackrabbit system to manage registrations, track leads, update class schedules, and maintain customer records.
