Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
The position is responsible for the assistance and maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1 . Removes trash from all shop.
2 . Operates floor scrubber.
3 . Handles miscellaneous yard work.
4 . Handles all removal of snow in the winter through the use of a snowplow and distribution of salt.
5 . Handles miscellaneous janitorial work.
6 . Performs various maintenance projects such as painting, lighting, and other various tasks.
7 . Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 . High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 . Some High School Education acceptable.
3 . Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
4 . Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mover, standup mover, and snowplow.
5 . Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
6 . Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
7 . 3-5 years of grounds and maintenance experience.
