The Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer (12 Month Mat Leave Contract, Potential extension) to join our marketing team. This role will help bring Lug’s campaigns, products, and partnerships to life across digital and print touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our in-house marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to support everything from seasonal launches and email campaigns to social assets, and web banners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets including emails, web banners, social media content, and marketing campaign graphics
  • Create print materials such as postcards, packaging inserts, signage, and event collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and creative direction to ensure brand consistency
  • Prep files for internal use, vendor handoff, or print production
  • Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines
  • Adapt and iterate on existing brand templates or campaign concepts
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Figma, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, and color
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to take direction and also work independently when needed
  • Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods brands is an asset
  • Comfortable working onsite Full-Time in our Kissimmee, Florida Office
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo), or live commerce visuals
