Graphic Design Specialist

Location: On-site - St. Augustine, Florida

Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, innovative, and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in designing visual content for product launches, website, marketing campaigns, and social media. This position requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of storytelling and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative branding concepts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience
• Create compelling product content for ecommerce marketplace, including Amazon, Walmart, website, TikTok, and others
• Create brand assets for use on website, social media, newsletters, presentations, printed marketing collateral, and other uses
• Use typography, infographics, motion graphics, and animations to enhance content quality
• Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way
• Stay up-to-date with ecommerce design trends, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and shareable
• Work closely with the marketing team to align visual and video content with campaigns
• Prepare drafts of design work for review and revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• A design portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design principles across mediums
• Deep understanding of Layout, typography, illustration, photography, and culture
• Creative mindset with strong content development skills
• Openness to giving / receiving feedback to better yourself as a designer and team player
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-project environment
• Passion for women’s wellness and mission-driven brands
