Comfort Suites San Antonio North-Stone Oak is looking for new staff members who are dedicated, responsible, and reliable who is interested in becoming full-time front desk agent for 1st(7am-3pm) & 2nd shift(3-11pm). Must be available to work during weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is required. Drug screening may be required prior to hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Checking in and checking out guests

- Register and assign rooms to guests

- Answer phone calls, reservations, etc.

- Create reservations for guests

- Respond and assist to guest needs, requests, and complaints

- Collect payment from arriving and departing guests

- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests

- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

- Keeping the front lobby presentable and tidy

- Coming in to scheduled shift

- Maintaining cleanliness of front lobby and public areas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel front desk service, customer service or other related fields will be an asset, but not required

- Ability to build rapport with guests

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluent English speaking and writing required. Spanish is an asset

- Able to work long standing hours
