Base pay range $85,150.00/yr - $153,925.00/yr Description The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Full Stack (React/Node) Developer to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD five days a week. Day To Day Responsibilities Architect, design, code, and implement next-generation web applications using best practices: NodeJS, ReactJS, ReduxJS, MobxJS, RESTful APIs, Express, Knex, Jenkins, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, SonarQube, UrbanCode. Provide expertise in rich SPA interfaces, secure RESTful micro-services, UX, and accessibility standards. Investigate and repair application defects across front-end, business logic, middleware, or database components. Communicate effectively with management, customers, teams, or vendors. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; experience may substitute for degree. 5+ years in modern software development, including building web applications with Node, React, Redux, Mobx, Typescript, Bootstrap. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. Required Skills Strong full-stack experience with React.js and Node.js, understanding UI frameworks and back-end interactions. Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Express.js, MobX, Redux. Experience developing RESTful Web Services with Node.js. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD, BDD, Scrum ceremonies. Problem-solving skills in debugging, data analysis, and open-source applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. SQL expertise in PostgreSQL and query optimization. Preferred Skills Experience with HTML/CSS, other JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD, databases like PostgreSQL, Solr. Knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL, JSON, testing tools, version control, IDEs, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems. Additional Details Posting date: April 28, 2025.
