Our client in Brantford is currently seeking skilled and experienced Forklift Operators.  Crown Reach, Crown Dock Stocker and Double Pallet Walkie.

ALL SHIFT: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM AND 11PM-7AM FULLTIME

WEEKENDS: FRIDAY-SUNDAY and SATURDAY-MONDAY (WORK 36 HOURS GET PAID FOR 40 HOURS)

Duties:

• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Load and unload trucks, move materials to and from storage areas, and ensure proper storage and organization of Tires.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Shipping and Receiving of product
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with inventory control by accurately counting and recording incoming and outgoing materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Valid  Crown Reach, Crown Dock Stocker and Double Pallet Walkie license.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory
