Forensic Engineer
Location: Miami, FL (or surrounding areas)
Salary: $100K-$150K (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating structural failures and providing expert testimony in legal proceedings. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to analyze complex situations to determine the causes of failures and accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough forensic investigations of structural failures and accidents.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings.
• Provide expert testimony in court as needed, acting as an expert witness.
• Collaborate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to support legal cases.
• Utilize AutoCAD, BricsCad, and Revit to create detailed engineering drawings and analysis.
• Evaluate construction practices and compliance with building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Assess and interpret data from structural analysis and forensic techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, BricsCad, and Revit software.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to act as an effective expert witness in legal cases.
