What you'll be doing:

The Finisher is a crucial member of our full-service car wash team, responsible for ensuring that each vehicle receives a thorough and polished finish. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while completing the final touches on each car, including drying, vacuuming, and cleaning windows. The Finisher works closely with team members to create a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Dry vehicles thoroughly to prevent water spots.
• Vacuum interiors to remove debris and ensure a clean environment.
• Clean windows inside and out for a streak-free finish.
• Ensure wheels are clean and tires are shining for an impressive final presentation.
• Complete all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Work closely with teammates, assisting and supporting each other to achieve the best results.
• Pay close attention to detail in all finishing tasks to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Clean workspace when there are no vehicles to work on.

• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
