We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Consulting Fiber Installation Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will be the eyes and ears in the field for the corporate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber internet build and a knack for proactive communication and driving work to meet deadlines. If you have experience working with a general contractor, you're just the person we're looking for!
Responsibilities
As a Consulting Fiber Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and coordinating fiber installation projects from conception to completion.
2. Assisting construction managers in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site functions.
3. Preparing and presenting site reports and production reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
4. Participating in site management meetings, providing updates and insights on project progress.
5. Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.
6. Maintaining constant communication with the corporate team, providing updates and feedback from the field.
7. Ensuring all safety measures and procedures are followed on site to prevent any accidents or delays.
8. Collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
2. Proven experience in fiber internet build and installation would be nice to have.
3. Experience working with a general contractor is highly desirable.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for proactive communication with various teams.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to drive work to meet strict deadlines.
8. Proficiency in preparing detailed site and production reports.
9. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
10. A commitment to safety and adherence to site safety protocols.
