Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Pennington, NJ. This role involves managing a team of 10 direct reports, ensuring efficient facility operations, and delivering exceptional service for our global real estate client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • Vast experience with Pharma manufacturing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Budget management experience is preferred.
