The Facilities Engineer is responsible for utilizing engineering systems to maintain facility systems at a high level of reliability while identifying areas of opportunity for Continuous Improvement.

This position is part of the Facilities and Maintenance department located in Duncan, SC, and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of building systems operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Design, install, and repair plant utility, HVAC, and building management systems.
• Plan, execute, and manage capital projects to upgrade current facility equipment resulting in process improvements, cost reduction, or safety improvements.
• Participate in the build of CAPEX processes to ensure the plant stays current with all needs.
• Requests project bids, analyzes costs, and oversees on-site work of contractors.

Who you are:

• BS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in Facilities Engineering
• Proficient in mechanical systems and utilities within a similar industry.
• Experience working with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and working knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

You should be proficient in:

• HVAC
• Facilities Maintenance Experience
• CAD Software
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Salary info:

$0.04 - $0.05 / hr
