Are you ready to bring bold designs to life? Join an award-winning team of industry professionals dedicated to turning client visions into reality. We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated spray painter who takes pride in quality work—from prep to final finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with high-quality urethane finishes is required.
• Experience with the Matthews or Akzo Paint System is a plus.
• Auto body spray painters and recent auto paint & collision program graduates are encouraged to apply—we’ll train the right candidate.
• Previous experience in the sign industry is a bonus.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime (40+ hours/week). Standard hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility for the right person).

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production artwork and technical drawings (including specs and callouts)
• Prepare, clean, and inspect parts before painting; perform minor bodywork as needed
• Mix and match paint colors using formulas; apply undercoats, primers, and topcoats to various substrates (aluminum, steel, acrylic, etc.)
• Apply paint masks and tape for multi-color applications
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace (spray booths, mixing areas, staging zones)
• Care for equipment and maintain accurate electronic records of formulas and jobs
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and inventory practices
• Support cross-training and assist other departments as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and complete an OSHA respiratory evaluation and fit test
