An exciting new restaurant group is launching its flagship high-volume, upscale restaurant in Philadelphia, blending elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking a driven, experienced Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef to join our opening team and help shape the heart of our kitchen.

As Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef, you will partner with the Executive Chef in leading all back-of-house operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness. You’ll be instrumental in managing a high-energy kitchen during peak volume, mentoring culinary staff, and ensuring seamless execution from prep to plate.

• Support daily kitchen operations and oversee line execution with precision and passion
• Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to uphold excellence in execution, presentation, and food safety
• Help manage inventory, ordering, labor, and food cost control
• Play a key role in building a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

• 3–5+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining kitchen
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong culinary technique, palate, and attention to detail
• Experience with new restaurant openings, a major plus
• Passion, professionalism, and a hands-on leadership style
