Excel/SQL Data Analyst 3+ month contract McKinney, TX (Hybrid 1-2 days a week) Responsibilities Clean, reformat, and validate large datasets from legacy ERP systems using Excel. Map and transform legacy data into the target ERP structure. Collaborate with the IT Operations team and project stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, formatting errors, and mapping conflicts. Support data conversion nights/weekends as needed (typically 1–2 per month), with compensatory time provided. Maintain detailed documentation of data mapping logic, conversion scripts, and validation results. Assist with ongoing data integration and migration tasks for M&A and internal ERP projects. Required Skills & Experience Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning functions). Proven experience with data cleansing, formatting, and migration in an ERP environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends during critical go-live events (with comp time). Experience with Cyberquery (Cyberscience) reporting and data tools (embedded in ERP environments).
