Duties and responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate, and market to guest and corporate partners for Emerald Lounge. Plan and coordinate team celebration events. Plan and coordinate joint ventures with sponsored offsite events. Plan and coordinate community service and volunteer projects. Proficient with photography and video editing. Continuously develop a library of resources for social media. Under limited supervision, create, execute, and evaluate social media strategies. Create blogs and team member e-newsletters. Create content and post on all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp, and others. Requirements Engage with online comments, messages, and reviews. Create, order, and maintain marketing materials such as promotional items and brochures. Become an advocate for the lounge on social media and offsite events. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Maintain excellent writing and language skills. Use computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications proficiently, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop. Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse community members. Maintain and thrive in a healthy organizational culture. Run errands and assist the GM as needed.
