Since 2009, Midwest Construction Materials has sold concrete construction materials and fabricated rebar at 2 locations in the Midwest region. We are seeking a Full-Time Rebar Estimator to join our Decatur, IL team! Pay ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience level. This position can ideally work from home, but may have to travel to the office when necessary. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years experience as a Rebar Estimator, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show initiative, and be a team player. Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.

Requirements / Job Responsibilities / Skills:
- 2+ years experience as a Rebar Estimator highly preferred
- aSa Estimating Software or similar applications
- Experience in reading blueprints
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, dependable and punctual attendance history
- Complete estimates for rebar, mesh, and related products in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow-up with customers to secure work
- This position can be considered remote but may require travel to the office when necessary
- Communicates effectively and professionally with teammates and customers on all aspects of the estimating and bidding process
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft Excel
