Our fast-paced, highly reputable law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney with a strong background in asset protection. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to providing innovative solutions to complex legal issues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, advising clients on matters related to estate planning, probate, trusts, and asset protection. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in estate planning and asset protection.

Job Details
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney, with a strong focus on asset protection.
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Washington
Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations, including wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
