Job Details
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our esteemed law firm in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. They will provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax implications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a deep understanding of North Carolina estate laws.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and tax strategies.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
