Schedule:Live-out, Full-time, Monday - Friday

9 am 5 pm (40 hrs. a week)

Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 /yr. plus Health Insurance

Location:Norwalk, CT

Staff:Three Housekeepers

Overview:

A client is seeking an Estate/Property Manager for his Darien, CT home. This role involves managing vendors, overseeing renovations, and helping with the client's personal schedule, including family travel plans. Flexibility and self-guidance are essential. The manager will coordinate with a regular catering group, oversee cleaning staff, maintain inventory, and monitor renovation projects. The client also has a home in SOHO and plans to combine it with a new adjacent apartment. The manager must live near Norwalk, CT.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors for ongoing

renovations and maintenance tasks.

Scheduling & Travel Planning: Assist with the client's personal schedule, including setting up and managing family travel plans.

Renovation Oversight: Monitor and oversee ongoing and upcoming renovation projects,

including the renovation and combination of apartments in SOHO.

Staff Supervision: Oversee the cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Inventory Management: Keep a detailed inventory of household items and property assets.

Flexible & Self-Guided: Ability to work independently, self-guided, and adapt to varying needs and schedules.

Coordination with Owners Representative: Collaborate with the clients owners representative to ensure smooth operations and project management.

Catering Coordination: Work with the regular catering group to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Proven experience in estate and property management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.

Familiarity with the Norwalk area and local vendors.

Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the client.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements

10+ years experience with high-net-worth individuals or families.

Knowledge of renovation and construction management.

Familiarity with SOHO, New York, and Fairfield County

Excellent, stable work history and references

Drivers license

Non-smoker, No perfume

Good English fluency
