At Maui Equipment Service our primary focus is Heavy Truck and Equipment Diagnostics, Maintenance and Repair.

This also includes some automotive, medium duty, UTV's, Agricultural Equipment and even attachment work.

The ideal candidate:

• MUST have own tools.
• Have a diverse skill set.
• Have a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Should be able to work at a time efficient pace.
• Have Valid HI Drivers License.
• Feel comfortable doing work in-shop and in-field (At Customer Location).
• Comfortable driving and working out of a Mechanic Truck w/ Crane.
• Any sort of relevant training, courses or certifications. Not required but a plus.

Heavy Truck:

• Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Emissions and HVAC diagnostic knowledge is a must.
• Able to perform brake and clutch adjustments.
• Able to replace brakes and clutches
• Diagnose and repair air leaks and air related issues.
• For trucking, work on all brands but we are heavy with Cummins, Cat and Allison brands.

Equipment:

• Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Emissions, HVAC and some sort of Hydraulic diagnostic knowledge is a must.
• Able to rebuild hydraulic cylinders and safely replace hydraulic hoses.
• Able to diagnose equipment attachments.
• Possible welding.
• For equipment, work on all brands but we are heavy with Case CE and Case IH brands.

3 Month Probationary Period For New Hires.
