Job Description:


We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in social media and digital marketing. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand visibility
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and complaints, and respond in a timely manner
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content for social media platforms
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
