Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of social media strategies and campaigns
- Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitors
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages
- Conduct research and provide insights on target audience and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
