We are is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Entry Level Social Media Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping to build our brand online. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience feedback.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improving engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for social media and digital marketing.
