We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our event-based marketing team . In this hands-on role, you’ll help represent major brands at live events , retail pop-ups, and community activations—no digital marketing or desk work involved.

Represent client brands at live promotional events, retail locations, and community activations
Set up event displays, banners, and promotional materials
Engage directly with the public to explain product benefits and increase brand awareness
Help manage on-site logistics to ensure smooth event execution
Track customer feedback and interactions to support campaign reporting
Work closely with the event team to meet participation and conversion goals
Attend regular team briefings, campaign planning sessions, and training workshops
High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Excellent people skills and a confident, outgoing personality
Comfortable with in-person customer interaction
Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time at live events
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
