In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to assist in the execution of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
Communicate with vendors and service providers to secure necessary services
Help create event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operations
Provide on-site support during events, including setup and teardown
Support the marketing team with promotional materials and social media campaigns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic presentation software
