Job Description
Our Client, a Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Commission Analyst in their El Segundo, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Convert down loaded commission files into Excel spreadsheets for presentation to our commission department.
- Review and analyze commission cases within required timeline of SLA’s requirements
- Identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect our advisors.
- Provide a high level of analytical skill, and ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions
- Analyze and identify root cause of issues and recommend efficiencies
- Work on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide high level of detail.
- Work as a team player and productive member providing positive contributions to team as requested by manager.
- Work with internal departments to provide support as needed.
- Works independently with minimal instruction
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Commissions experience
- Very strong MS Excel knowledge and experience
- High School Diploma
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel
- Resourceful and Reliable
