Your Role: What You Will Do

• Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with program leaders to uphold our electrical safety program, ensuring compliance and adherence.
• Follow all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations, OSHA, PSM, and Corteva's safety protocols.
• Propose enhancements for safety through electrical programs and process improvements.
• Take on various other duties as assigned to support our team.

What You Bring: Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for working with machines and electrical components!
• A knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions to challenges.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling work and following up on job completion.
• A commitment to health and safety, ensuring a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
• A customer-focused mindset, ready to support operations during peak production times, including overtime and weekend shifts.

What Makes You Stand Out

• An Associate or Two-Year Trade School Degree in a Technical, Electrical, or Mechanical field.
• Experience with Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience with production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, controls, HVAC, and general maintenance.
