About the Role:
We are seeking a
professional, motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our growing team. You will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients while providing
exceptional customer service .
This is a
field-based role requiring mechanical skills, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems
- Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues
- Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Provide exceptional customer communication and service
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Continuously improve your skills through training and learning
- Comfortable rerouting dryer vent systems to meet code requirements
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics
- Comfortable using tablet-based technology for documentation
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure, typically earning $22$30/hr equivalent based on performance and efficiency.
- Performance-based increases available for top performers.
