Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent + Accurately work with numeric filing (up to 16 digits long) + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Document Control Specialist Responsibilities Sorting mortgage documents by loan number Filing back documents in a large file room warehouse environment Copying and scanning documents Pulling requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients Running items to different departments Auditing files for accuracy Performing data entry Labeling boxes Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, using a 2, 3, and 6-step ladder, and standing the entire shift. Shift Options

1. st Shift (6:30 AM - 3 PM) $17 per hour
2. nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12 AM) $18 per hour
